Visiting Konanakunte
A visit today is about the neighbourhood, because the Reserve's parcel is not yet open to visits. What you can see is the Falcon City township on Kanakapura Road, Forum South Bengaluru on its frontage, and Konanakunte Cross metro station on the Green Line, about 1 km by road from the Prestige Falcon City township. To make the trip count:
- Travel the route to your office or your children's school at the hour you would normally make it.
- Ride the Green Line from Konanakunte Cross to judge the metro commute for yourself.
- Walk through the mall and the streets around the township for a feel of everyday errands.
- Bring your questions on the registration, the plans and the completion date, and note what you want to see in the cost sheet.

Before You Pay Anything
Registration first and payment second keeps a pre-launch purchase on firm ground: Prestige Falcon City Reserve is not yet registered with K-RERA as at 24 September 2026, and no registration number has been issued. Under the RERA Act, a project can be advertised for booking and sold only after it is registered, and a promoter may not take more than 10% of the price as an advance before a registered agreement for sale, so pay no token or EOI before the registration and check it yourself at rera.karnataka.gov.in before you pay anything.

How do I get launch updates and the cost sheet?
Share your name and phone number on the contact page. We will send launch updates and the price list as Prestige releases them, and the cost sheet once it is issued. We can also arrange a visit to Konanakunte and the Falcon City township.
Should I pay an EOI before the launch?
We recommend waiting for the K-RERA registration before paying anything. Under the RERA Act, a project can be advertised for booking and sold only after it is registered, and a promoter may not take more than 10% of the price as an advance before a registered agreement for sale. Prestige has not published any EOI terms, so if you do register interest, get the refund terms in writing and pay only into an account in the developer's name.
What documents should I check before booking?
Start with the K-RERA registration and its number, then the sanctioned plan and the carpet area of your home as written into the agreement for sale. Ask for the title documents, the full cost sheet with every line item, and a construction-linked payment plan. Read the registered completion date and the delay-interest clause in the agreement. Check the registration yourself at rera.karnataka.gov.in before you pay anything.
What is the address and PIN code?
The Prestige Falcon City township is on Kanakapura Road at Konanakunte, in Anjanadri Layout, Doddakallasandra, Bengaluru 560062. Prestige has not yet published the Reserve's own address or survey numbers; the K-RERA registration will give them.
When will Prestige Falcon City Reserve launch?
Prestige has planned the launch for FY27, the financial year from April 2026 to March 2027, and in July 2026 it listed the project among launches planned for upcoming quarters. The planned launch year has already moved once, from FY26 to FY27. No launch date has been announced, so treat any specific date you are quoted as unconfirmed.
